ABOUT CLAIRE: Claire de la Varre, PhD is a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist with over 16 years in private practice in both the US and UK. Claire has an international clientele and works with individuals and couples. She is an experienced teacher and trainer and has led and facilitated therapeutic groups for improving self-esteem and recovery from abusive relationships. Claire has also been a tarot reader for over 40 years.

ABOUT LIZ: Liz Priestley is a corporate trainer, wellness coach, hypnotherapist and an ERYT-500 Yoga teacher. Liz trains people in essential skills such as stress reduction, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and healthy relationships. She is also a certified PeopleMap personality assessment facilitator. Liz has a passion for travel and exploration and has enjoyed visiting more than 40 countries, while working on retreats and introducing others to the joys of discovering the world through travel.

Groups will only run if we have 5 participants or more.

Retreats start on Thursday evening with dinner at 7pm,

and finish at 12pm on Sunday after brunch/closing circle.

Theme: Communication skills for better relationships: how to express love, manage conflict and apologize.

Boost your interpersonal prowess and learn more about your own communication styles. 2. July 11-14, 2024

Theme: The Inner Journey: Hypnosis, tarot, dreams, and past life regression.

Tap into a deeper level of personal wisdom as we explore the meanings of signs and symbols and spend some time working at subconscious levels in hypnosis. Each participant will have a guided past-life experience. Through these experiential exercises you will gain insight and new perspectives on your life.  This type of exploration can range from the profound to the humorous and no hypnosis experience is necessary.

More details: All retreats include meals, wine, and soft drinks (dinner on Thursday, 3 meals on Fri/Sat and and brunch on Sunday). Commuter guests do not have breakfast on Friday or Saturday. Workshops consist of 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon on Friday, 3 hours on Saturday morning, with brunch and a one-hour closing circle on Sunday morning. Other (optional) activities include yoga, local walks, free time for journalling.
